37th Annual Members Meeting,
Banquet, and Auction

Join your fellow Pierce Ponders for a fun and informative evening. Help us celebrate 37 years of conservation and stewardship of the Pierce Pond watershed—as well as the unwavering member support that has made it happen!

This night is for YOU, the members of Pierce Pond Watershed Trust! Come and gather with old friends and new acquaintances. Swap stories and make plans for your next visit to Pierce Pond. Talk with board members and air your views. Celebrate the place you love!

Auction proceeds support PPWT’s mission to protect the wild character, natural resources, and scenic beauty of the Pierce Pond watershed and preserve traditional public recreational use of the area.

Evening Schedule

Annual Members Business Meeting
(5:00 p.m.) — Learn about the Trust’s activities over the past year, as well as goals and challenges for the future.

Cocktail/Social Hour (cash bar)
(5:45 p.m.) — Socialize with your fellow Trust members while you peruse items and place bids in the silent auction and raffle.

Buffet Banquet
(7:00 p.m.) — Dinner buffet features meat and fish entrees as well as house-made breads, local-greens salad, seasonal vegetables, potato and pasta dishes, Maine blueberry pie, and triple chocolate mousse cake.

The event registration fee is $98, which includes the buffet dinner, hors d’oeuvres, and gratuity.

Make a weekend of it! Enjoy the attractions of downtown Freeport and the Harraseeket’s’ many amenities, including the Porter Kitchen + Bar, indoor heated pool, and select pet-friendly rooms—all just a few minutes’ walk from the shopping village of Freeport and the Amtrak Downeaster train station.

Rooms at the Harraseeket Inn for PPWT for Friday and Saturday nights, April 4th and 5th, are being offered at special room rates of $139 (double- or king-bedded).
